Training new hires is not "one size fits all." In Flight School for Communications Training Officers (CTOs), we will explore the different facets of training new team members, from the perspective of a flight process. Leave this session with a new perspective on new hire training, training creativity, and CTO behavior that contributes to new hire retention or resignation.
