Everyone has personality-based risk factors. The problem is that people don’t know what their risks are, so they are left to run free, eroding performance, communications and trust. These traits are part of a person’s natural responses when facing stress, adversity and conflict. Focusing on one’s strengths is important for development but is not enough because ignoring one’s risk factors can throw even the most promising career off track.
At this session, attendees will learn what the eleven risk factors are, how they show up, their impact, and tactics for managing or keeping risk factors from derailing their success.
Learning Objectives:
Attendees will be introduced to the 11 risk factors and how they impact performance, relationships, communications and success. There will be a quiz to make sure they understand.
Learn what the measurable 11 inherent personality risks factors are, how they manifest, what commonly triggers them and what the impact or toll can be on performance and success.
Attendees will begin to analyze their own likely risk propensities, their triggers, the impact in their roles, and how they can begin preventing their risk factors from undermining their success.
