This program will identify the challenges and many steps that Regional Planning Committee Twenty ("Region 20") has addressed in implementing deployable trunking technology in a manner that supports interoperability with equipment produced by multiple manufacturers. The presentation will discuss the first Region 20 use of the technology at the 2021 Presidential Inauguration and the multiple challenges encountered to present day deployment of multiple deployable units in the National Capital Region.
