Megan Bixler, RPL

Megan Bixler has over 20 years of experience supporting the military, government, and private organizations in the executive decision-making process. She is an expert at translating complex requirements into decision points and deliverables. She has worked in this capacity for the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&T) and Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Services. She has worked in various military and consulting capacities for the U.S. Army, the Department of Homeland Security, and Lockheed Martin. Ms. Bixler has focused her career on identifying critical first responder technology needs and developing viable solutions. Ms. Bixler has worked for APCO international since 2016 and managed technology development, cybersecurity, standards development, and consulting services portfolios.
