Multi-Disciplinary Dispatcher
WCCCA (Washington County Consolidated Communications Agency)
Cornelius, Oregon
My name is Andrea Fox and I am a Multi-Disciplinary Dispatcher at Washington County Consolidated Communications Agency (WCCCA) in Hillsboro, Oregon with certifications in EMD, invidividual/group CISM, and Intermediate Telecommunications.
I have over 5 years experience, with the first three and a half years dispatching in the rural small town both my husband and I grew up in. Almost two years ago I transitioned to a larger consolidated agency a few hours away from my old center. In addition to my state certifications, in 2021 I graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies and a certificate in Applied Leadership. I have been trained in group and individual peer support under the CISM model and have been on various teams/committees working on several projects over the years.
I live in a small town with my husband, two teenagers, and two dogs. In my free time I enjoy crafting, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
