John Reynolds, RPL

CAD Administrator

John currently serves as the CAD administrator on the Technology and Special Projects team for the Department of Emergency Communications, Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. He has over 25 years of experience in public safety and 9-1-1 operations. He has also filled the roles of dispatcher, trainer, and quality assurance specialist. He recently completed the APCO RPL program.
