Chief Jon Goldman is the Chief Coordinator for the Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid Association in Laconia NH. LRMFA coordinates all Emergency Communications, Mutual Aid Coordination, and training over 1,800 square miles in NH's most heavily recreated portion of the state. Chief Goldman strongly believes in standards and best practice based communications. He is a strong advocate for developing all staff and team members to be the best leaders they can be. Chief Goldman is a past President and Executive Council Rep. of the Atlantic Chapter of APCO. Chief Goldman has obtained his RPL, his CPE, and LRMFA is one of three agencies in NH with ATPC Certification, a standards based QA/QI program and a purposeful servant leader based leadership team with an empowered staff. He enjoyes speaking at conferences, and is passionate about recruting, retention, and team development.
