A member of the Collier County Sheriff's Office since 1989, Dianne started in Communications as a Telecommunications Dispatcher and quickly rose through the ranks to a Supervisor by 1992. In 1999 with the purchase of a new CAD system, Dianne transitioned to a new role of CAD Coordinator where she has worked since then. During this time, she implemented Printrak's Premier CAD system in November of 1999 and then in 2016 implemented Motorola's Premier One CAD/Mobile Data system. She was also instrumental in implementing a CAD2CAD Interface with a neighboring agency, Text to 911, ASAP to PSAP, AVL or Closest Unit Recommendations for Fire/EMS, Deccan Software (Move Up Module for Fire/EMS), Locution (Fire Station Alerting), Hiplink, Pulsepoint, and the design and move into the current Communications Center. Dianne is also a member of the Incident Dispatch Team where she has been deployed to Hurricane Charley in 2004 and most recently to assist North Carolina following Hurricane Florence in 2018.
Dianne holds a MBA from Western Governors University and has an ENP Certification from NENA. She is EMD-Q, FCIC/NCIC certified and is certified as a Public Safety Telecommunicator through the Florida Department of Health.
