Mr. Lynn retired after 43 year of law enforcement. The last ten years Mr. Lynn was a human trafficking detective with the Lexington Police Department and then the Kentucky Attorney General's Office. Mr. Lynn was the first full time human trafficking detective in the state of Kentucky. Mr. Lynn is also a certified instructor by the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council. Mr. Lynn works for the Department of Criminal Justice Training. Mr. Lynn's primary classes he instructs in are human trafficking, child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. Mr. Lynn teaches human trafficking to telecommunicators at the Kentucky State Police Academy. Mr. Lynn consults for many of the County and Commonwealth Attorneys on human trafficking cases.
