Since 1999, I have worked my way up the ranks in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia by first being a front-line telecommunicator, then communications training officer, lead instructor for the academy, front-line supervisor. In 2023 I moved from Virginia Beach to our neighboring City of Chesapeake and I am currently oen of two Assistant 9-1-1 Coordinators.
