Colorado is no stranger to Active Threats. In the last five years alone, we have endured 7 Active Shooter incidents. We will look at the STEM School Shooting from 2019 as a case study. We will look at what worked well, where we struggled, and where improvements can be made. This presentation includes audio and visual that may be disturbing for some. The goal is to send you away with at least one or two new new ways to prepare at your agency.
