Access to critical datasets is becoming increasingly more important for first responders. Even more important is the protection of that data and ensuring it is transmitted securely. This session will focus on current resources available to first responders and the efforts underway to bring the data public safety needs to responders when they need it. We will hear from our partners who have joined with us to make this happen as part of the FirstNet Single Sign-on and ICAM solutions, as well as an agency that tested the solution in real-world scenarios to ensure its usability for all public safety.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will gain an understanding of some of the data available through FirstNet today.
Participants will gain an understanding of how to pursue gaining access to necessary datasets through federation and SSO capabilities.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn of some of FirstNet’s initial efforts to provide this level of secure data access.
