Learn about the life cycle of an active threat incident and what leaders should be prepared for. This will cover preparation/training, during the incident and post incident analysis.
Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session participants will be able to identify the general needs their employees may have after an active threat incident.
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to bring back to their organization how to prepare for an active threat such as policy review/development, expectations, etc.
At the conclusion of this session participants will be able to start conversations with public safety partners to identify gaps in training and policy and work together to rectify them.
