This class will have an honest discussion about customer service and if it truly belongs in the ECC. Participants will be asked if we belong in the Emergency Services Business or the Customer Service Business. Students will be asked to participate in discussions and will leave with tools they can take back to their ECC.

Identify what is good and bad customer service
Understand the dispatchers role to influence callers and co-workers
