Crystal Lawrence, CPE, RPL, ENP is the Comm Center and 9-1-1 Services Director for APCO International, where she has been employed for 12 years. The APCO CC9S Department provides staff support to the APCO Standards Development Committee, APCO Cybersecurity Committee, and the APCO Agency Training Program Certification (a Project 33 Initiative) Committee. APCO Consulting Services and the Project RETAINS Staffing Toolkit are also managed by this department. Crystal is a gradulate of North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies. She has actively worked in Public Safety for 27 years, both in an Emergency Communications Center and as a Paramedic.
