Erica Walsh has been in law enforcement communications since the late 90's. She is currently the manager of the communications center for a mid-sized airport. Previously she was a telecommunicator and then a supervisor in a statewide dispatch center and a 911 dispatcher for a county sheriff's office. She has a bachelor of business administration and a master of business administration with a major in public administration. She is currently a member at large on the Ohio APCO executive committee and a member on several committees for APCO international.
