Kelle Hall, CPE, is currently employed as the Communications Manager for the Town of Highland Park Department of Safety in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. She began her career in public safety communications in 1985 and has had a front row seat to the evolution and growth of public safety communications as a career. Kelle is a passionate advocate for public safety communications professionals, focusing on culture and retention in our industry. She has served as president of Texas APCO and remains involved in her local chapter. Additionally, she serves as the Chair of the APCO Institute Advisory Committee and is a member of the APCO Standards and Development Occupational Analysis Sub-Committee.
