Wendy Lotman is an experienced Operations Center Manager having worked in both emergency communications and public transportation for over 25 years. She began her career in Portland, OR where she worked for the Bureau of Emergency Communications for over 16 years. She then became the Operations Command Center Manager at TriMet, the Portland Metropolitan area’s public transportation system overseeing bus and rail system operations. During her career, Wendy has been a calltaker, dispatcher, coach, supervisor, training supervisor, project manager, operations manager and EOC manager. She is currently the Fire Communications Chief overseeing fire and ems dispatch for multiple agencies in Las Vegas, NV.
