Travis currently serves as the Manager of Communications – Call Intake with Indiana University Health Lifeline. For the past 8 years he served the Johnson County 911 center in various roles from Shift Supervisor then on to Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator and also as Deputy Director. Before that Travis served as the Director of Communications for the Franklin City Police Department and has a total of 16 years in an ECC. In 2020 Travis completed his Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL) and in 2021 completed the Certified Public Safety Executive (CPE) program through APCO. Travis also proudly serves as the President of the Indiana Chapter of APCO.
